TV-Server keeps card as recording but doesn't write to file (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I'm having issues with MediaPortal (used to use it in combination with ArgusTV, but argus has been disabled, but I'm still having these issues).

Some times (can't really define when, could be with a single recording, multiple recordings on multiple channels, or multiple recordings after each other) the tv server is not writing to the recording file anymore.

The recording is 800MB (or more, less, ...) and not the full size of a recording (about 2GB). When going to the TV-Server, I'm now seeing
Card - State - Name - User - Subchannels
4 - Idle - één - scheduler29 - 0
5 - Idle - Recording - vier - scheduler30 - 1
9 - idle - vier - scheduler28 - 1

I have two Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-2200 tuners.

Manually stopping the TV-Server service fails, only a reboot helps for a couple of recordings before the problem appears again.

Hi,

I'm sorry. Thought that I attached the log files. I don't have the client installed on that machine, but I zipped the whole folder.
I must say I'm using Server 2012, which isn't supported. But this doesn't seem like a problem that's caused by the OS.

I agree, this is not a problem caused by the OS.
I think it is possible that the process of loading a new tuner (for timeshifting or recording) is interrupting the stream from other tuners. For that reason, please try to enable preloading all of your analog tuners.

Thank you. I've changed the setting on all 4 tuners.
