Tv server keps freezing on resume (1 Viewer)

Hi as above when ever i put the Tv service to sleep it freezes when i select live tv or guide on resume, closing program by task manager will close it but on restarting i get the same result, only a full system restart solves it till the next time.

Hi RobTi

I believe the issue in your case is that your network adapter's IP address is dynamic. When you resume the PC from sleep the router assigns your network adapter a new IP address, and this upsets MySQL and TV Server. Try setting your TV Server up with a static IP address...

Would it stil be the case on a single seat set up.

Also i have done a clean install and get the same results with no plugins or codecs installed

(wmc works perfect but i don't want to go there )

Yes, this would affect multi-seat and single seat setups. This issue is absolutely not related to plugins or codecs. If it is not the static IP address then it is possible that it is a driver issue or that you need to delay the startup of TV Server. However at this point just set up the IP address and see what happens...
