TV Server Malfunction (1 Viewer)

Hello.
I got some problems with tv server not getting any signal when trying to watch tv. On fresh install i can scan for new channels then it goes south.
Tried it on 2 different systems Windows 10 Home and windows 7 Ultimate. Same issue. Please help.
It looks like there is a problem with mysql.

It looks like you've somehow managed to break your installation. Certain vital TV Server components are missing or unusable due to missing dependencies. Log shows this as:

Please check whether TsWriter.ax and StreamingServer.dll are present in your TV Server installation folder (default c:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server).

If they're not present, I guess you somehow managed to delete them, or you have over-zealous security software which has quarantined them. You'll have to reinstall TV Server.

If they're present, I guess you somehow managed to remove required dependencies such as a Visual C++ redistributable. You need to reinstall all dependencies that you removed.

Weird, everything is still in mediaportal folder. all dependencies are still installed.
I made fresh install of mp, this is what shows up in windows loggs.

Did you confirm this on both systems?
(It's possible that they each have a different problem.)

My base assumption is that you started with a working installation, then something changed (eg. tried to upgrade MP, or tried to install/uninstall/upgrade some other software, or automatic Windows update happened), and now TV Server no longer works.

Solving the problem is going to be much easier and faster for both of us if you'll allow me to connect to the systems with TeamViewer.
Are you willing to allow me to connect, and provide the partner ID and password?

It looks like you've changed the problem, possibly making it worse. If you'd like my help, please don't do this again. Every time the problem changes we have to start over from zero/scratch. That's a huge waste of time.

Again, these entries aren't of much use. If you'd like my help, please use the Watchdog tool option 3 to export the full set of MP log files to zip, then attach the zip file.

I understand your feeling but at the same time I'm sorry to read this. When the list of things that need to be checked would take 5 minutes to check but hours to explain in detail so that you could understand, perhaps you can understand why I asked for TeamViewer access.
Well, all I can say is: check the dependencies again. If it were me I'd be using Dependency Walker and focussing on the VC++ redistributables.
...but since you reinstalled everything, all of this may be irrelevant now.

Thank you.
But it turns out there was something wrong with the operating system, Windows 10, so im going from there now.
It turns up all sorts of problem in the log that affects everything.
