Some notes that may help: 1. Saving to xmltv does just that. If you want to update the EPG data using this option, you have to also enable and configure XmltvImport plugin to import the tvguide.xml that WebEPG produces. There is a known problem however that you have to manually put the xmltv.dtd file in the same folder that you have configured to save tvguide.xml. The two variants of "write programs to tvguide.xml ..." differ only in where tvguide.xml will be placed. If you have no special reason to use xmltv, you should just select "write to database" 2. Take care how you configure merged channels. You have to specify a start and end time for each part of the merged channel in hh:mm format. If you don't, loading configuration will fail. 3. There is a known problem (resolved in last SVN) when there are radio mappings that prevents WebEPG from saving its configuration. Normally configuration is saved by pressing Save in the 1st tab, navigating out of WebEPG config section or closing SetupTV by pressing OK. 4. Scheduling grabbing can be done in two places. One is the scheduling tab of WebEPG and the other is the EPG tab of PowerScheduler plugin. You can configure either one (but you need PowerScheduler plugin enabled to allow TvServer to wake up according to schedule). If you configure both, WebEPG will run twice.
