TV-Server mysql connection (1 Viewer)

Windows Version: winXP SP3

Hi all,

I just installed mysql5 and started up the TV-Server configuration. I put in my connection info, hit test and I get a successful connection. When I hit Save, it kicks me back to the "setup database connection" screen. From reading the wiki it should put me into the tv-card config screen.

Any ideas? Is there something i was supposed to setup when i installed mysql5 that i might have missed? I have tried restarting everything.

Thanks, just found out about media portal... this is all new to me. Hoping to get it running before world cup.

I would try a clean install of MP 1.1.0 RC4.
