[confirm] (TV Server) Playback radiostream stopped when turning TV Off or ON via S/PDIF (1 Viewer)

Hi,

When using TV Server or Radiotime for playback of radiostreams playback is stopped when you turn the TV off or on. TV is connected through HDMI but playback is through S/PDIF. This worked fine in 1.3.0, but with the new starting method of MP 1.4.0 this is an issue. Logs attached. Please confirm.

the disconnect of a audio device (tv) stops bass player.

edit:
after some thinking... i do not have the issue dat bass player soft stops when i turn the lcd off. Only when windows envokes the 'turn of display time'. But perhaps it is related...
