Can someone help me, maybe my mistake. I want to limit a search by I select to search a certain channel, I've only transmitter only Any and a few unknown and a number behind it. I have in my front group Free TV Group selected in the actual station Pro 7, Sat 1 are available.

But just as in the pic

are with me behind the station is not available.

What channel filter are you using? You should see all stations from the selected group + "any" + some selected channels you have used before. Please post a log file if this does not help.

I am releasing a beta version as i did some major (mostly invisible) code changes in 1.2.0.3. I changed the email messaging and all messages are now sorted by date. This should fix a bug braught up by disaster123 and improves the code structure. I am asking for help on additional testing before the official release.

It would be a nice feature to have an option to specify a subdirectory name
for each search line where these recordings will be stored inside the default recording directory.

If you use "episodes" instead of "movies" you will get a folder with the title of the program right now. I will be thinking about the subdirectory name.

Yes,
but the idea is to group TV recordings with different titles which were recorded because of the same search conditions;
e.g. the search string is "James Bond" and the match type is "Word in Text", i could get following recorded titles:
"Goldfinger", "James Bond - Dr. No", "Moonraker"...
For that situation it would be great if these recordings could be grouped in a subdirectory "James Bond/".

I’m pretty sure I’m dumb, but I still can’t get filtering done the way I want.

I created a channel group called Hockey. I created a filter to search for Chicago, match type is Partial Text, group is Hockey, Record Type is All Movies, Action is Email.
That works fine but gives me a lot of stuff I don’t want, so I added Exclude NBA, that didn’t work. So I excluded the title Basked that worked. But then I got info about American Football so I added that to exclusion and then I got Basket again also since filter did not match anymore…

Here is how a normal game is listed in my EPG:
Title: Ishockey
Information (whatever this field is called): Chicago-Philadelphia. NHL. Another great hard-hitting matchup from the NHL ice.

So… all games on every channel is titled as Ishockey, all I want is info about Chicago games from the NHL. So if I could create a filter that searched for Chicago AND NHL in the information thingies I’d be all set. So, is that possible?

4Fred, I am sorry, but you cannot combine search criteria with an AND or OR function. Actually OR works if you specify two separate list entries. I do not understand why the exclude NBA did not work. Can you post the exact tv wishlist line from the log file with verbose debug on. I am looking for a line which contains your search settings like

Hi huha! And thanks for taking the time to checking this issue!
What you can se below is from my tv.log (you should probably write what logfile you write to in the documentation cuz I had no idea so I had to search this thread for that info) logfile and from the mail recived from TvWishList.
What I want is to filter out NBA NFL (and when spring comes) MLB, what I want is the stuff containing Chicago and NHL.
