TV Server Plugin: TvWishList (5 Viewers)

you need to make a group with HD channels only. Then specify it as "preferred group". TvWishlist will detect schedules from this group as preferred and you can also specify (include recordings to true) to reschedule if a SD movie has been recorded. It will then reschedule the HD program.

Thanks for such a solution I've been thinking, can i fade out this group in MP, because there are other people look at the HTPC and then maybe get confused.

But there is no other solution ? Or maybe in future ?

But really I do not need that, i only choose this as Group and under channels any, because i will not record SD, when no HD is coming i look elsewhere for the movie.

And there would be something else that I noticed is, i make a new wish, choose the Group for example Sky Full, than i go to Channel but in the drop down, there was the channels from Free TV in there ? Even if I go down to channel filter and select there Sky Full, in Channel Drop Down only the Channels from Free TV. When i close the TV Server Config and open it again, than i can choose the Channels from my choosen Group. Maybe its an Bug ?

Muss ich mal mit huha schreiben, ob er auch dieses Serien Aufnahme Rule mit einbauen kann, als Auswahl für Aufnahmen...

Hab ich schon mit Huha besprochen, wird es in einer der kommenden Versionen von TvWishList geben und zwar über die Ordneroption, so dass wenn eine Aufnahme SxxExx Nummern hat, die Aufnahme unter den "Serien Formating Rules" gespeichert wird.

i am not planning to add anything in addition here. On the drop down menu i would need a log file and a screen shot with the drop down channels

I will add it as a default, but keep in my mind that for the MP1 and MP2 client plugin the user defines the default values in the configuration

this looks like a database connection issue within MP. Can you check if your tv plugin is working and then try again TvWishList. If you are using a multiseat configuration make sure your tv client is working first before using Tvwishlist.

The automatic mode on episode uses the MediaPortal series rule if the EPG data for a tvwish does have either an episode part number or an episode name or a episode number or a series number.

Hi huha, new odd bug for you:

I've just started getting a fatal error and I've traced it to a recent change of satellite channel movements. The error seems to be related to checking already recorded shows and if the channel of that show exists within a group:

2012-10-21 14:36:32.140227 [(29)]: TvWishList EpgClass: Error in IsChannelInGroup for searching id=3841 groupname=REC-HD
2012-10-21 14:36:32.141227 [(29)]: TvWishList EpgClass: Exception message was Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I think that channel id is for a channel that has changed (while the channel name is the same).

Hi huha,

I have a little problem, in the past everything works fine and till today it's working.
But I cannot update since 1.2.3.3. If I update to 1.2.3.5 -12 or 13, everything is blank in the plugin.

I have this error in the TVWishList.log:

"2012-10-23 16:49:33.776230 [SetupTv(1)]: TvWishList Setup: No data saved because of loadsetting error
2012-10-23 18:53:12.994261 [SetupTv(1)]: Incorrect criteria for sorting - changing to Title
2012-10-23 18:53:12.994261 [SetupTv(1)]: TvWishList Setup: LoadSettings Error: Exception: Die Zeichenfolge wurde nicht als gültiger Boolean erkannt."

Perhaps I have something to delete, but I don't know what.

There are no other information in the logs and everything else is working stable

PS: Version of MP is 1.3 Alpha

Buell, it looks like you could not get a log, but i need to see the full log file with verbose settings enabled.

I have this problem on the server, and I cannot mark the debugmode, because nothing would be saved in the tvwishlist-plugin.
I have tried to uninstall the plugin, but if I install the plugin again then all wishes are still there.
So where can I find the entries, if I want to delete the wishes manually?
