SkinsFan0521,
If you check "Skip deleted entries" TvWishlist should remember if you have deleted a recording (check the manual for more explanations). This feature was to my knowledge not much used . . .
In my case, virtually every wish uses "skip." Only movies would not need it. I seldom record movies because they're butchered edited.

SkinsFan0521,
. . . and additional testing would be good here. TvWishList has it´s own "database" and keeps track of deleted entries in the messages. You can read each message in the MP plugin if you filter for "all"
Could you please direct me to the "database" you referred to? I can help test, but cannot find the messages you mention.

I have setup my new TV-Server.
The old one is already uninstalled.
    So far so good ...
But I forgot to export my TVwishes.
Does anybody know, where the plugin stores the entries? Are they in a configfile or in the tv-server database?
I there a way to recover the entries without installing the server again?

They are stored in the database, in the setting table. You might also find them in a log if you have an old verbose log file.

I haven't been here for ages. That's because I haven't had any problems. I am using almost 40 wishes now, and I love that I am able to replace SD episodes with HD ones.
I don't think there's much else you can do with the tv server functionality in MP1. In MP2 I would love to see the ability to download the metadata for a series I don't have recorded yet and just put a 'tick' next to the series name after I have added it to my database. Then it would use a combination of techniques to work out which episodes I don't have. eg compare % overlap in the descriptions, or allow for slightly different episode numbering that is sometimes used by networks and make the right choice. This is basically like a series 'smartlink' that does the best it can with missing or different epg data.

In the meantime, I am very happy with your plugin and am using it every day. I would love to see the episode # and title in the email messages, but I can survive without.
    Thanks for all your work
    Ben

    Testversion 1.3.0.7 Released

Attached I am releasing a test version which should be compatible with the new 1.4 MP version.

    1.3.0.7:

    • new: Indonesian and Catalan language files
    • updated for Version 1.4
    • bug fix in client plugin for deleting recordings (MP1 and MP2)
    • MP2 plugin: changed to usage of TvWishlistMpExtendedprovider0.5 as a separate plugin (needed for future Tv server) using an interface structure
    • TvServer: support of html email if keyword “USE_HTML” is used at the beginning of an email format
    • Installer updated

foxbenw, you can change the emailformat and add the episode number and title in the email format. Check the manual on formats.

I have not changed the repeater marker for individual tv wishes which has been asked by an Australian user. As this is a complex change involving all language files I would like to understand first how many users are affected by that.

i was just considering bedtime and then i get this email notification and i had to check it out :)

install over the top of my existing version?

installed and tv server plugin version still saying 1.3.0.5 is this right?

presuming its not correct as get version miss match error when running mepo client and checked in zip dl version and the tv server version in there says 1.3.0.7 so once this recording has finished will overwrite the old one manually.
