tv server problems (1 Viewer)

Hi All

Have just recently encountered this problem,

on start up of TV the guide doesn't show but then will come up fragmented. can usually choose one channel then the whole thing stops, the record function is missing altogether and the guide has no label across the top

any help appreciated, here is the logs
