I ended up having to use the task manager and force the TvService to stop. After restarting, the service will continue to record if the .TS video is still in the recording folder, so I have to move the video file before starting the TvService. When the service sees that the video file is no longer there, it goes back to normal behavior.  After a while, it gets stuck and I have to restart the TvService. This happens on every tv channel.  Is it possible that my TV tuner card is causing the issue? It's a Hauppauge HVR-2250 if you need to know.</p></blockquote><p></p>
