TV service hangs soon after start, restart not possible (unless kill+start) (1 Viewer)

Description
After fresh PC start it's all good with TV section of MP. After few minutes of inactivity if you try to watch Live TV, MP hangs. It can be shutdown and restarted (MP) and it will work unless you touch anything regarding TV (EPG etc).
I found out that killing TV service and restarting it makes Live TV and recording etc work again. After some inactivity - same issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
Start MP, leave it inactive for like one hour, try to open Live TV.

I just discovered that with epg turned OFF tv works properly, htpc goes idle properly, everything works. But without epg. Epg causes problems.

Try removing the DVB-EPG CRC Check option. Also try removing the option to grab whilst idle. Both of these can cause standby issues.
