TV Service unable to start in mediaportal or setup TV Service (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I had an issue with some spyware / adware on my PC and in the cleaning process it may have removed something important, as now when in mediaportal and I try to watch TV its says card busy, but when I try to go into the "TV service configuration" icon It wont even load to the GUI screen. coming up with an error which i have taken a screenshot of below.

The TV tuner card itself seems to operate fine outside of mediaportal, and all other functions of mediaportal seem fine, logs attached.

Any help would be appreciated.
