Just switched to MP from Meedio and finding it all so much easier- brilliant!

I do however have a weird problem: When I run the MP-TV plugin configuration, I correctly import all my media into the library and the plugin downloads everything required from tvdb. However once I load MP, some entire shows or seasons are missing. Once I quit and return to the plugin configuration, the library has still got the shows and seasons which were missing, however they appear shaded in grey and have lost their file link.

If I reimport the files then they all appear ok again in the configuration but once I reload MP then the exact same problem happens again. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Same thing here, I just preform a local scan after each startup, but it would be nice if this could be fixed

Try enabling "Keep reference to files that are not available" in "Import Settings -> Online Data Sync" and disabling "Show only episodes found locally" in "MediaPortal display control".

Hey! I'm a current Meedio user. Quick question since you of all people would probably know...

    1) Do they have separate libraries and modules for different types of video available (i.e. if I wanted to have home videos in one section, snl clips in another, etc, Can I do that)?

    2) Do they have something close to the tv series importer that binary has (i.e. banners for series and season along with episode and series data?)

Thanks for any help and pointers!

I had the same problem, but the only thing that helped was using the svn-version of the plugin from sourceforge. Now everything is fine again. Problem appeared after updating to RC2.
