TV stops when switching channels between different tv-cards (1 Viewer)

When I switch channels which are on the DVB-T to analogue or vice versa, sometimes tv stops.
It says then
"Abspielen nicht möglich: LIVE1-0.TS.BUFFER
AUDIO CODEC:
OK"

Unfortunately I cannot find the error in the log files.
Can anyone please have a look and tell me where I am going wrong?
