TV Stops while viewing, then all cards busy (1 Viewer)

Hey guys,

I have an MP2 server setup on Windows 10 using a PS3 Play TV usb tuner. I have the mediaportal PVR addon running in Kodi on a separate Zotac box, running Windows 10 launching Kodi as a shell.

All was working well, but now the TV output will just stop whilst viewing. Trying to reselect a channel for viewing results in the “all cards busy” error. Stopping and starting the service fixes the problem temporarily before the same issue reoccurs.

Any ideas what’s going on?

Hi and welcome here.
Your issue is an issue of the communication between the TV Engine and your PS3 tuner. This did not work as it should:

This can be a firewall preventing the access or the tuner needs more time to re- initialize after channel change / playback stop or the PC-PRH system is not fast enough or your network is not reliable enough, or, or, or...
Really hard to tell from the distance and with so little information about your environment.
Maybe you can disable all Firewall and AV tools shortly for testing, try to connect the systems with wired LAN and/or stop everything that is possibly running on PC-PRH while you are using the tuner...
And it would be much easier for us to help you, if you fill your system info in your forum profile and set them free for showing.
