I´m not able to watch TV, it´s hanging, stuttering, just not watchable.</p><p></p><p>My setup and what i tried:</p><p></p><p>Server:</p><p>- i did a clean install of Server 2008 R2 on a AMD x2, 4GB Ram, ...
