[confirm] TV stuttering (1 Viewer)

After watching tv a while some heavy stutter occur.
It seemes to happen only on SD channels.
I am always able to "work around" by pressing pause and continue. For the current channel it does not happen again - until the channel is changed.

I added the logs - but to me the only regarding messages looks like this (tsreader.log):

Any ideas to fix that? May be it is possible to wait for some ms after channel change? May be to be configured per channel?
