I assume if you are seeing the command prompt you are triggering the script through scheduled tasks or something similar?

Yes. Scheduled daily at 6.

ok, try making the schedulaed task run as hidden. To do this:

1. Click Start. In the Start Search box, type task scheduler. Then, in the Programs list, click Task Scheduler
2. Find the task that you've set up, right mouse click on it and sleect properties.
3. Click hidden

You can use hiderun.exe

Some antivirus may detect it as a virus, this is because some naughty people have used this tool to 'hide' the running of some malicious programs, however the program itself is fine.

If your trying to hide a scheduled task, then the above post should also work
