I'm surprised you are using just plain FOX for the TV channel. Since your profile shows Raleigh NC, I went to imdb.com set zipcode = 27601 and selected a TimeWarner cable listing.

This shows Fox is a local WRAZ station, if I click on that link I get what looks like a valid 1 day listing for that channel

did you select all local TV channels when you setup your imdb_com.xml file?
