TV3 Blaster Plugin (Predefined Codes) (1 Viewer)

Within the TV Server application, under the Plugins section, there is the TV3 Blaster Plugin. Once you click on the plugin, within Plugin Setup, there's an STB Setup button. Once I click on that, there's a External Channel Changing dialog box that pops up and there's a Quick Setup drop down button.

My question is this: Will the DirecTV HR10-250 predefined codes work with changing the channels on a normal DirecTV H23/600 STB?

Any help with this is greatly appreciated,
