1.15.0 - TVE going to standby during DVB scanning

    Description
    Hello,
    During scanning over TeamViewer session , my system going in standby because none action from me.

    my powerscheduler setting

    Steps to Reproduce:
    disconnect you screen ( i don't have monitor connected to my server )
    Start a scan, with powerscheduler setting as screenshot,
    and keep it alive, ...

    but, teamviewer is always started on server, so, it will never going to standby :whistle: :p

    no problem, i can have setup tv running without issue during scanning.

    add SetupTV process to Powerscheduler process monitor.
