TVE3.5 for MP1 (1 Viewer)

We can run tvservice from command line
When i was working on it, i just need to stop tve3 tvservice and run the tve3.5 tvservice, i think it was tvservice -console or something related to run under a command prompt

Hi, I have a dedicated Mediaportal TV server (ver. 1.12 and its running tve3.0 tvservice) running on win7. I have installed .NET4 and MySQL5.6. I have downloaded (from your dropbox) Mediaportal.zip, setupTV.zip and TVservice.zip.
Can I use these commands i dos
net stop TVservice
sc delete TVservice
InstallUtil.exe "path to TVService"
net start TVService

Will this change my MP 1.12 tve3.0 to MP1.12 tve3.5?

I always thought how cool it will be to have channel manager in TVE.
And what did I found?
TVE3.5 has some kind of it. I didn't know about because I didn't have supported skin.
So I wonder what was the base skin(s) in which these changes were implemented?
