Just to confirm scan is working fine and all channels are found without crashing tvservice any more.

Did you try to do an "update satellite" before proceeding with the DVB-S scan ?

This one works much better for me, than the earlier ones.

- I can now watch HD Suisse again
- sofar I could directly start with channels that did not work before, like SF 1

I was hoping these changes might affect ATSC but it doesn't seem like they did. Attached is two logs, the one named tv.noaverror.log is me trying to tune a channel that had previously tuned with 17278. The second log, named tv.log, shows me scanning for channels with this build and after it finds a channel, stopping the scan, going to manual control, and trying to start time shifting on that channel. That gives me the same "no audio/video detected" error. Hope these help.
