Alright,

found out how to repeat the problem I had before... Perhaps not a high priority thing.
first of all I scan channels with tv server.
Restart pc
start the tvserver GUI before tv server service has started
You get the question "Tv server not started, shall I start?", press yes
Nothing happens, wait a while
start tv server GUI - configuration lost.

Have you got the delay function for the TVCards enabled in setup, perhaps that is causing this, but remember the sql db has to launch first and then tvserver, so there may well be a delay of a few seconds anyway.

No delay, fast pc and too eager to get going...

I don't think there is a problem when I know I must not start this GUI first of all after a startup, but I think that it is a pity to loose all configuration (not just channelinfo) just because you click too fast.

I can reproduce that too, unfortuantelly.

But I had the delay for card recognition set too high.

I was able to get a dump from build 17278 for you if that would still be of value. It definitely doesn't give me a dump with this build, though.

after one night..

with streaming to four different clients..

Tablet PC, Asus R2H, Hiper Client and Aopen MiniPC with different Channels.. runs stable...

Al Jazeera, Phoenix, ARD and Russian TV..

will test today if there is a DVD Problem..

I have the following problem sometimes with this build. When I change channel I can hear audio from the new channel but video freezes on a couple of frames (repeating) of the original channel. This happens rarely but happens. I post tswriter.log and tv.log.

After testing build 17368 and 17378 with the issue of HD not working except the audio, I've tried some older builds but without much luck with scheduled recording or playback stutter. So I tried this one. I have no problem with recording in .TS (haven't tested yet MPG) and scheduled recording and also finally HD is back (i'm in NA) but MP is freezing in HD and SD at each 15 minutes (only picture and sound) but MP is OK, I just have to stop and restart Live TV and it's ok for 15 minutes. I've tested with Nvidia, Cyberlink (Accelerated or not) and Dscaler and the issue is always there. I think the problem is also there in playback.
