tvinfo.de: problem getting sublinks (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I have just found out, that the details from tvinfo.de cannot be retrieved.

The log is:

Please look at the wrong link : /ref=exe.php3, the part ref= should not be there.
could it be, that webepg gets confused, when the link is not in double quotes?
I took this from the listings page of tvinfo.de:
