Hi,
I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to MP so I hope you nbear with me.
Just installed the latest versions on my PC and also installed the TV engine too.
After configuring the software and adding the TV server IP address into the client I try to run MP and get the following error:
Mediaportal crashed unexpectedly.
If I do not specify an TV server IP address the software starts fine and, but when I click on TV and am prompted to specify the server IP again, I enter the address click OK and the software says TV server ok (or words tothat effect). I then click on TV again to connect to the server and I get the same error as above.
In the event log tehre is the following:

. I have to go into the TV Server config tool and make sure that the server was talking on the correct IP Address.
