TVserver EPG not grabbing special characters (2 Viewers)

Hi,
I have been using MP for many years.
Now im installing the MP 1.0.0.0 RC1 with TVServer on Vista.
I have been using a test build with TVserver on XP for many months.
Same problem in both cases.

the EPG grabber in TV server is not grabbing the special characters i use.
example:
Program name -> Fr?ttir -> not Fréttir
same problem with channel name (I have renamed them in the db (Channel table)
Channel name -> St?? 2 -> not Stöð 2.

This was not a problem when I used the standard MediaPortal with out the TVserver.
so the probelm is in the TVserver EPG, since it is wrong in the db. (Programe table)

Any one know how to fix this ?
