It's basically 'channel change expected/finshed' message to TsReader.ax (and other parts of the system, I think), but you need to enable debug-level logging to get more info really (and then relate the TV server and MP logs to see the total sequence of events)

I use the mini guide or full guide with tv running.
When testing also look for starting a card for the first time (can be helped by preloading card) and also when switching card to see where the delays are.
Also remember that if a channel is on the same MUX as the previous one then there is no tuning to be done just switching stream.
