tvservice crashes unexpectedly (1 Viewer)

I got the debugger working now and hope to see some more crashes.

Also looked for the the a debug version of TsWriter.ax. The latest won't run: it's obviously too new for my 1.0 release of tvserver. I looked here: SourceForge.net Repository - [mediaportal] Log of /trunk/DirectShowFilters/TsWriter/bin/Debug/TsWriter.ax

What version would match best? Found no log entry related to the 1.0 release.

Please upload to latest SVN as we don't have enough free time to debug bugs with old versions. :sorry:

Too bad that testing with the latest release version is not supported by the team But since there have been a lot of changes between 1.0. and the latest compiled snapshot I understand.

After reading the changelog of tvservice it looks quite promising to give it a try.

If I would wait for 1.0.1 to come out, notice that the problem is still there and repeat the debugging: will then be looked into it?

Despite of my testing with the outdated TvService 1.0 final here are more logs and the debugging info.

* Crash occured at 16:38 according to Windows eventlog
* tv.bak is the log where this timestamp is in
* crashdump log has an exception at 16:34:39

All logs and the crashdump are attached.

I'll wait for 1.0.1 to come out or maybe grab a snapshot.

I've installed MediaPortal SVN-Snapshot:-03-07-2009 01-58h - Revision:21864.rar and have TvService crashing as soon as "EPG grabbing while idle" is enabled.

But a lot of other improvements, though

I'll try to get the debugging info and logs.
