TVservice.exe service shuts down automatic (1 Viewer)

Hi there,

I am having some problems with the TVservice.exe. The problem is that it automatic shuts down after less then a second, even when the service is manually started. The windows log says nothing special about it, just 'The TVService. exe stopped unexpected, this is the 6th time this happened.'

I already removed Mediaportal TVserver / client completely, including deleting the DB, removing MYSQL / C++ / and MS .NET. Also deleted the remaining folders found in /program data and in /program files.
But still the same problem.

Attached are my log files, hope that someone can help me out here.

It looks like it cannot find KNCBDACTRL.dll which it is trying to load and therefor crashes. I have no clue why though

Looks like you need to reinstall

Hi there,

Thanks for your message! Though I am careful to joy too soon, but it is working again. I deleted the KNCBDACTRL.dll file, installed new MDAPI filters and it worked again!

Just hoping it continue working
