I have two DVB-C tuners. Sometimes when MediaPortal is recording a show, it doesn't allow to change the TV channel to one that belongs to a different mux. Channels in the same mux as the one being recorded can be watched.

    Log attached.

Try disabling IDLE EPG grabber. At least with some older SVNs I have had that issue that the EPG grabbing is locking 2nd card for infinite time.

Card1 is not getting a signal.

This could be exteranl cabling so check here. OR

Drivers have been kicked by OS so reinstal the drivers. OR

As tourettes, the idle EPG grab has been known to lock the tuner which then makes the retuning impossible.
(" Controller: card:1 type:DvbC is available priority:-99 #users:1 same transponder:False" this is in the logs though)
Dissable IDLE EPG to test this .
