Typhoon TV Cards supported? (1 Viewer)

Hi! I would like to use my very old typhoon tv card, but it's not recognized by MediaPortal. It doesn't show up in the configuration wizards and i have no idea on how to get MediaPortal working with it. However, i have the drivers from the manufacturer installed and Windows Media Encoder can use it.

Is there a way to get it working with MediaPortal?

Here are the product numbers of my TV Card.

I assume that it is an analog software encoding TV card? (if its not, please tell us what type of TV card it is)

If so, here are the instructions for getting it added to MediaPortal...

Please note that you will need a P4 2.8GHz processor or faster for this to work correctly.

It's an analog TV card. yes
there's no radio, no possibility to insert a private channel tv card like Premiere..

ok.. i have several problems
1) My computer only has 2.67GHZ (P4) As i read it could work, but..
2) i have thousands of filters installed
3) the manufacturer was not clever enough to name his filters with the name of the tv card
so 4) i don't know which filters to choose

Some more details about my card:
installed drivers: 50684_E_1_1031.zip
Chipset: Conexant Fusion 878A

i just found 4 filters that contain "LifeView". This is mentioned in the manual too.. Should i create a screenshot of the graphics tool with that filters?
