Typhoon TV SAT CI PCI / TwinhanDTV SAT CI (1030A-Red) works (1 Viewer)

Hi folks,
after reading this forum fo a while, finally got my Typhoon/Twinhan card running. Stil needs some performance tuning, but i can watch tv.

I think, most important is how it worked.
Here we go :

- Installed renura's BDA drivers 1.2.1.4 (latest) today.
- used THBDAconsole app to fix settings in registry :
LNB-Type Low
LNB-Low-Freq 9750
LNB-High-Freq 10600
DiSEqC none
LNBPower on
22K Tone on
- Edit CaptureCardDefinitions.XML like following :

- Delete Twinhan VisionDTV Ter in the same File
- Config Card in MP like following :
[DVB-S LNB]
LNB-Select 22KHz
LNB Ku-Band

Now try to find the right codecs fo Television Plugin (that's my performance problem)
Autotune for Astra with included astra.tpl finds chanels in different groups and I can watch these chanels. Now I have to find the right codecs cause the TV-Screen has short drops.

Anyone know what sw="false" means? If this means software (vice hardware) then I would think it should be true. Or does it stand for switch as in Diseqc switch?

i do all the step but MP give me the msg "unable to create directshow" and "this section is only for DVB-S card"

I'm looking for a cheap card in addition to the SkyStar2 - the TwinHan would be nice for 35€

Do you get a high-quality non-stuttering picture?

Your Twinhan configuration is not working for BDA drivers >= 1.2.1.8 anymore.

Use the newest driver (1.2.1.9) from www.DigitalRise.biz and the configuration from http://www.kiwi07.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/Cards/CaptureCardDefinitions.xml
