I am on Vista with a "Zolid" tv tuner (its a Philips 7134 chip) - Vista identifies the card as KWorld PVR-TV 7134.

When I click to "Edit" the card properties in the MP configuration program I get the message "Unable to create graph for this device!!". The message appears twice before the "Edit properties of your TV card" window shows up.
When I go to play TV inside MP a similar error occurs.

What can I do to resolve this?

Ok, I solved this issue by installing a video encoder, but the TV function inside MP is still not working. In the configuration program, it works, and can scan and find all the channels.
But inside MP it shows a dialog with no text, to which it is possible to click OK, but the TV does not turn on.
Anybody else experiencing this?
