I keep getting "Unable to create graph for this device" when trying to select the Analog (NTSC) tuner of my hybrid WinTV 950 card.

It is supposed to be supported, and it is listed in the CaptureCardDefinitions file, but it keeps giving me the above message and I am unable to scan for channels.

I am attaching my clean (deleted before the test) MP log, as well as my CaptureCardDefinitions.
