Hello everybody,

It is not possible to delete a single recording (without a separate folder) at the moment with MediaPortal 2.2.3. There is no entry in the hidden context menu. Only if I open the menu on a grouped folder, there is “delete complete series”.

This is simply a problem with insufficient rights. Depending on your individual situation you should

1. Create a network share, grant "delete" to NETWORKUSER
2. Grant "delete" on NTFS
3. Configure MP2 network credentials to NETWORKUSER + Password

Most often option 3 alone does the job if you are using the server admin network credentials.

I changed the local folder to a network shared folder and it’s working now like charm. Thanks a lot.
