Thanks Robert - I spotted that when I loaded the 7-day trial up last night... looks good. Now the £ has collapsed I just need to convince myself I can afford $25 per year rather than putting up with the "free" offerings :)

Just spotted the query about why not using the DVB-T EPG data - the reason being that I couldnt get it to work accurately and dont belive they offer 14 day guide - I think its only a 2-3 day listing :(

The UK Freeview 'off air' EPG covers 7 days ahead - and once you've set it up, basically it 'just works'. If you are concerned that 7 days might not be enough to cover holidays etc., why not use something like the (TV server) 'TV Wish List' plugin with it, which can automatically schedule recordings based on searches of the EPG data.

When you set the DVB EPG grabber up (see http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_...figuration/TV-Server_Configuration/05_DVB_EPG and http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_...ver_Configuration/05_DVB_EPG/1_TV_EPG_Grabber), one important thing is that you only need to tick one channel to grab EPG data from (the dialogue says 'for') - I normally tick BBC1, as that broadcasts 24/7 - and make sure that 'Store data only for the selected channels' is not ticked.
