I have three identical tv cards, each of them works fine.
But if I want to record or view 2 different channels parallel
I get the error message "unable to play live9-0.ts.tsbuffer‎"

    your logs have
    Code:
2011-03-02 21:35:29.218750 [(9)]: dvb: LockedInOnSignal could not lock onto channel - no signal or bad signal
please try and disable all your cards then enable them one at a time and check that you can tune to a channel on each card

Also you use a CAM yes? If so how is this setup? Do you have one CAM for all three cards? If shared, does the CAM actually support this? Also can you try with FTA channels

Then you get the actual which I think you are seeing which is
    Code:
2011-03-03 18:46:27.484375 [(11)]: start subch:0 No PMT received. Timeshifting failed
Can you check that the tuning details are actually correct

I don't use any CAM. I tested all three cards isolated and they all work fine.
Sometimes I get a black screen and sometimes the error popup.
I've attached a new logfile. Should I reinstall MediaPortal?

After a reinstall of Windows, MediaPortal and ffdshow it works now :)
