Unable to reproduce certain video file (1 Viewer)

Hi all!

I have a Windows Vista system. With MediaPortal 1.0, I'm unable to reproduce certain video file, that aren't reproduced neither with Windows Media Player (while VLC works fine). I have installed only the officiale DivX codec. Maybe must I install other codec packs? And, in this case, what are?

Care to tell us what kind of video file you are trying to playback? What is the container, what is the codec, file extension?
