Hello all,
I've used the search function looking for a similar problem, but everything is kind of over my head. I just downloaded MediaPortal 1.1.0.0 and went in to "TV Server Configuration". When I go in to "Analog ATI AVStream Analog Tuner" and scan for channels I get an error message that reads "Unable to scan" in the top left corner and then "The graph building. Mostly your card is not supported by TvServer. Please create a report in our forum" in the main body of the message. So is this the right place to create a report?

My apologies, I tried to fill in as much info about my system as I could but I don't know much about computers and where to find some of the info. It is a USB Diamond ATI TV Wonder HD 750 (TVW750USB). :D

Hi, thanks for the reply! Yes, drivers are installed. I've been using the card with the software that came with it (Arcsoft TotalMedia) without any problems, but MediaPortal looks like it is a lot better ;)

Does it work in the MediaCenter of Win7? Did you check the ports in TV-Server Config? Is the Firewall set up correctly to not block ports (at least port 554 must be open)?

It works in MediaCenter, but often the audio falls out of sync with the picture. In the Arcsoft software it plays perfectly. Where do I check the ports in TV-Server Config? I don't see the option and I'm having trouble locating the option for ports in my Norton Firewall. thanks so much for your help

Thom13, I have a similar one the TVW600 PCIe. Perhaps you need to install the latest drivers from ATI; although I did not try MediaPortal before I updated my drivers, it works fine with MediaPortal with the new ATI 10.4 drivers. Try it. You also might want to go to the Control Panel | Device Manager | Sounds | ATI Unified Sound Driver and see what version of the driver you are using, it should be .394.

Try that and see if MediaPortal is able to detect it.
