Unable to see subtitles although they are activated (1 Viewer)

I don't know where i can find the other info so if you can tell me where to get it please >.<

Well the problem is that i'm not able to see the subtitles, in the tv menu it appears that I choose the subtitles(in catalan in my case) but it doesn't appear. I have activated them in configuration, both of them teletext and the other but i still can't see them.

Sorry if someone has asked it but i couldn't find it in search.
