unable to start timeshifting, unknown error occured (1 Viewer)

Im using version 1 with rc3 and ive tried the svn builds. I am trying to get my tv tuner to work. It is an ATI TV Wonder. It works fine with the normal software but i cant get any channels to come up. When i try and scan for channels it says tuner locked:no Current Channel: none. Ive manually added channels but when i go to mediaportal tv and try and watch the them it says unable to start timeshifting, unknown error occured. Any help would be great.

Hi,

the error message sounds like another application is still using your card (maybe your "normal" software"?).

But, for a more specific help you should add logfiles.

And another hint: Tell us about your system, that will make it easier to get help. Forum - User CP - Edit System Specification
