[QUOTE="xertia, post: 491817, member: 96763"] Ever since this morning I was getting this error on my MP box also. I tried a few things but after looking at the tv log thought maybe something was up with the database as it seemed unable to read from the "program" table. So I logged in remotely to the MySQL server and the table "program" in the mptvdb database appeared to be corrupt (marked as "crashed" and in need of repair), so I repaired it, and it became readable again. However, I was still getting the "Unable to start time shifting - unknown error" message. So, I googled it and found a very old thread on here that suggested changing the date back a day helped some, and funnily enough doing just that worked. I changed the date back to normal and now its all working again. Time sync issue?
