Unable to stream videos to my android (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I want to stream my videos on my PC with ampdroid to my handy.
I select the stream Quality "HTTP Live streaming medium", but I can see the video very pixelated.
When I select the other qualities, I see only a black screen.
My videos are in MP4 format. What could be wrong?

I hope you have an idea.

Could be network latency or the machine running MPExtended is unable to transcode in real-time. Try a lower quality stream? Alternatively try direct mode using Web MediaPortal on the same machine that MPExtended is running on (this cuts out transcoding and possible wireless network latency).

I have already tested a lower quality. When I play movies via UPnP, I have no problems with playback.
Is there a tutorial how i use and set up Web MediaPortal? Do I need a DynDNS? My Router is unable to handle it.
