Unable to update tv-series (1 Viewer)

Hi

I'm trying to make MP-TV retreve info from thetvdb.com but every time it says it is unable to connect.

It did find the info before hand and I managed to add a single series to media portal, but stopped working after.



Any help resolving or another method would be a great help thanks.

Can you reach Online TV Database - An open directory of television shows for HTPC software in your browser? Has it ever worked for you?
Are you going through some sort of proxy? Some of them are quite picky about things like UserAgents.

Hi.

Yes I can reach it through the browser and it did work for me once (just started using it) I managed to add the big bang theory but I couldn't get it to add any more. I looked online and saw a post saying to delete the local database and try again but it did not work even the big bang theory will not add again. No not running through a proxy.
