Can you confirm the way I should do this to provide the most info for you?  I think you are saying I should

 

1) Delete the TV database

2) Uninstall TVSeries plugin

3) Reboot computer

4) Make sure that media portal is set on watchdog debug setting to catch what happens

5) Install TVSeries plugin though the mediaportal extension installer

 

From here I am not sure what to do as when I install the plug in there will be the option to launch the configuration window.  If I do this I will get the screen shot that I posted before.
