Ok, I first thought you got the error from screenshot after uninstalling MP-TVSeries, but it is now clear to me you get it after step #5.

 

But in short, do all the steps you did to create the error and then provide the log files, and they will reveal what is all going wrong to lead up to the problem.

 

Does not even need watchdog setting, just debug verbosity.
