unknown error occurred on tv start (1 Viewer)

about two weeks ago MP stopped tv with "unknown error occurred"
no issue on pc or tvservice restart.
HTPC system was w7 32bit with 2G of RAM
I bought 8G of RAM and reinstalled from w7 32bit to w7 64bit, some there "unknown error occurred" on both dvb-t and dvb-s tuners

problem is resolved with full uninstal and reinstall.
was wrong selections on install with sound (about sound receivers)
