I've got a weird problem with my mediacenter. Yesterday I installed a new computer for my mediacenter. I've installed both of my tunercards in it. The PVR-350 is disabled in Mediaportal for the moment (couldn't find another coax splitter)
The first tuner of the PVR-500 works fine: channels are detected and I can watch them in Mediaportal.
The second tuner has some trouble: the channels are detected, but I can't watch them. Not in TV server config, not in Mediaportal itself. I always get "Unknown error"
The card worked fine in my old mediacenter using Windows XP.
I tried removing al the channels and repairing the database. Reinstalling Mediaportal also didn't solve the problem.

    Hi StijnS

You've got a schedule that was probably imported from your old install which seems to be causing frequent exceptions, and this could have something to do with it - I think it is preventing TV Server from stopping and starting cleanly.

I dropped the complete database manually, reinstalled Mediaportal and the problem is gone. You're right: seems like a problem with leftovers in the database.
    Thanks for the reply!
